Obtain Arch dimensioned drg of the proposed area under modification with column locations, all marked as onsite basis.
Obtain building section.
Obtain from Client room list, equipment list, capacity, make and nos.
Obtain PFD and initial concept layout prepared by Client.
Prepare concept layouts with proposed service floor. Check for the available ht for housing AHU units, etc. Discuss with Client for the feasibility of the same.
Discuss with Client, men material movement, scrap movement within the proposed modification area for layout conclusion.
Discuss & conclude Area classification, RH and temperature zoning with Client.
Prepare equipment arrangement drawing on the approved plant layout based on the equipment footprints and equipment makes provided by Client for room space qualifications.
Client to share Process RDS for modification area.
Client shall sign off all above documents for taking further for Detailed Engineering Stage.
